1. What are your hours?
The hours open to the public are:

          10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday 
          10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sunday.

2. What merchandise is sold?
Lots of everything!

3. Are concessions available?
Yes! Brody's Sports Bar & Grill is on-site, Along with Ol' Harvey's a family style restaurant. Vending machines are also available.

4. Is it air conditioned?
Yes, and heated in the winter

5. How many booths do you have?
There are 272 booths indoors, plus spaces available for outdoor booths. Our NEW Open Air Pavilion is NOW OPEN!! Come have your yard sale with us on weekends! Mondays are swap meet days.....FREE!!

6. Are there restrooms available?
Clean handicapped-accessible restrooms are located inside the Flea Mall and in the Convention area..

7. What if I have many purchases, or a large item?
Shopping carts are available to our customers.

8. I am a vendor. Are spaces still available?
Possibly. Please call or email for current space availability.

9. What are your booth rental rates?
Rent starts at $80.00/month, and varies according to your needs. Call or email for specifics. We have booths available with and without electricity.

10. I am interested in renting space for the U.S. 127 yard sale only. Is this possible?
Yes! Call NOW to reserve your spot!!!
